New for summer 2014 and dubbed – a fast track training programme to transform your academic skills into red hot commercial skills – IE’s newly created academy is for aspiring graduate developers looking to launch their careers in an agency environment.

So how will it work? The academy promises a 12 week fast track course, providing new graduates experience in working with PHP, JavaScript, Drupal, CSS and SQL on live projects.

Those graduates who are up for the challenge and who prove their skills will be offered an instant promotion to an IE Developer role, with future progression opportunities including becoming a Digital Consultant or a Technical Team Leader.
