Websites that feature moving backgrounds seem to go against all the best advice of website design, but the fact is that they present an incredibly dynamic experience, making them an exciting challenge for UK website design.
There are some caveats to video backgrounds though: they take longer to load, users might become distracted and auto-playing music can simply be annoying.
Nevertheless, websites that have a moving background certainly engage strongly with a visitor, and ensure that they stand out from the pack of static websites that are in the majority.
Websites with videos, if done well, can be really memorable and can become part of a great marketing plan for companies who are willing to try something that little bit different.
